We may suspend your account pending review or close it permanently if you violate conduct rules—such as fraud, collusion or abuse of bonuses. You'll receive notice via email with a 7-day appeal window. Funds in your wallet remain available for withdrawal during review unless the breach involves payment fraud.

You can update your phone number, email and residential address in Settings > Account Details anytime. Payment method changes require identity re-verification for security. Contact live chat if you need to alter your registered name—this is a compliance step and may take up to 48 hours.

We retain all account activity, gameplay history and deposit records for 7 years to meet financial record-keeping laws. After 7 years, older records are archived and no longer visible in your account, but we keep cryptographic backups for audit purposes.

Deposits are final once credited to your chip balance and used in gameplay. Withdrawals cannot be reversed after processing. If you spot a disputed charge on your DANA, OVO, GoPay or QRIS statement, report it to your bank within 30 days and we'll cooperate with the chargeback investigation.
